# Configuring TLC Reports

TLC Reports allows you to quickly generate a report each month to send to the NYC TLC Commission and the NY Port Authority for airport trips.

## Setup Company Location Information

- Navigate to **Resources > Locations**
- Click the gear icon next to the Company you wish to edit.
- Add your Dispatching and Affiliated Base Numbers

- Click **Update Location** at the bottom of the page.

## Setup Employees

- Navigate to **Resources > Employees**
  If you have a long list you can add a filter to just show your Drivers ![](https://i0.wp.com/www.addonskb.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/iScreen-Shoter-Google-Chrome-231215082406.jpg?w=800)
- Choose a Driver from the list by clicking on the gear icon next to their name.
- Scroll down to the section where you see TLC Drivers License and TLC Drivers License Expiration Date and fill in the information for that drivers

- Click **Update Employee** at the bottom of the page.

## Setup Vehicles

- Navigate to **Resources > Vehicles**
- Click the Gear icon next to the vehicle you wish to edit.
- You will need to fill out the following information to include in your reports.
  - License Plate
  - License Plate State
  - Affiliated Base Number
  - TLC License Plate Expiration Date
  - Make sure Include in TLC Report is checked.
